  • Fresh basil (chopped)
  • Dried oregano – ½ tbsp
  • Extra virgin oil – 4 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper – as per taste
  • Lettuce leaves

How to prepare:

  • Mix everything except tomatoes.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Wash your tomatoes, remove everything from inside and leave it empty.
  • Add mozzarella filling into each tomato.

  • Whisk together the gelatin and boiled water in a bowl until you get a smooth paste.
  • Add sugar and salt to it and mix well until they get dissolved into the mixture.
  • Add the coconut milk, mango puree, and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into small bowls and refrigerate them for at least 2 hours.
