It means that regular eating of these vegetables will help you to fell in love of these things. Moreover, a mature taste is needed to appreciate these veggies as they do not have a strong taste of their own. Some childcare experts think that most of the time children do not like the taste of the vegetables in the way their parents cook them. Children may not appreciate the traditional taste of the vegetables. So the parents have to find out some yummy recipes of vegetables so that their children do not make any fuss to eat them at home.

Scrambles tofu with broccoli :
Broccoli is an excellent vegetable which is a rich source of protein, fiber, potassium, calcium, selenium, magnesium, and different vitamins like A, C, E, and K. But most of the children do not like this wonder veggie for some unknown reason. Here is a tasty recipe of tofu and broccoli. Tofu is also another nutritious food item with protein, fibers, and minerals. To make this dish, first, remove florets of broccoli and cut them into small pieces. Cut the tofu into small pieces. Heat some oil in the pan. Add broccoli in it and stir for a minute or two. Next, add tofu. Add salt to taste and stir to mix it. Sprinkle some chopped parsley, chili flakes, and add a few drops of lemon juice to make it tangy.
Basil, Spinach Pasta :
Children have a natural apathy to spinach but it is high in nutrition and benefits eye health, reduces stress, prevents cancer, and reduces blood pressure levels. To make this preparation first you need to make spinach sauce. To make it blanch a few spinach leaves and add them to a blender to make the green sauce. Add some olive oil to a pan. Add 2-3 crushed garlic in it, add chopped tomato and boiled pasta in it. Sprinkle salt to taste, stir well to mix everything. Now pour the green sauce into it. Add grated cheese and keep it in the micro oven for a minute or two. Remove it and serve the yummy green pasta to children.
Beat root Fry :
The beat root is an excellent source of iron, potassium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, copper, and selenium. It is good for the liver, improves muscle strength, improves memory, and has anti-cancer properties. To make this veggie more appealing to children parents may make a tasty snack with it. Make thin slices of the beat root. In a bowl mix egg, corn flour, and salt. Dip the beet slices in this batter and deep fry them in the oil. Instead of readymade potato chips in the market, you may offer this healthy snack to your kids in the evening to uplift their mood.
